新传统主义乡村音乐（Neo-Traditionalist Country）是一种主要融合了Honky Tonk、流行摇滚（ 80's Pop Rock）和Singer-Songwriter的音乐，出现于20世纪80年代末，是对当时的乡村音乐（ Country）日益流行化的一种反动。新传统主义乡村音乐最终成为20世纪90年代至2000年代乡村音乐的主流之一。代表人物有Reba McEntire、Tim McGraw、Joe Nichols。
新传统主义乡村音乐不应与同一时期乡村音乐中出现的“New Traditionalist”运动相混淆。New Traditionalist同样寻求回归传统的乡村音乐，但与Neo-Traditionalist相比，New Traditionalist一定程度上会接受流行音乐。
