技术死核（Technical Deathcore）是一种强调复杂、技术性的吉他旋律和实验性的快速变化节奏的死核（Deathcore），技术死核还十分注重Breakdown，通常采用技术性更强的“chugging”来创造快节奏、有节奏的Breakdown，这种Breakdown通常比传统的慢速Breakdown更快、更有活力。技术死核有时也会融入数学核（ Mathcore）的元素，形成一种叫作数学死核（Mathematical Deathcore）的子分支，也叫Math Deathcore、Mathy Deathcore等。
