A.K.A. Vomitnoise

Gorenoise是血碾（Goregrind）的一种极端变体，它将血碾和碾核（ Grindcore）的元素与粗野的噪音音乐（Noise）相结合并加以颠覆。这种音乐风格最早出现在20世纪90年代末，当时血碾被Last Days of Humanity、Anal Birth等乐队推向了极致。与血碾相似，在Gorenoise中，人声的音调被严重降低，听起来往往像漱口或吐泡泡，或模仿呕吐和其他身体功能。鼓声通常由数字程序控制，杂乱无章，节奏较快；这往往使其声音与电子碾（ Cybergrind）相媲美。

与血碾起源一样，Gorenoise音乐家经常在乐队和歌曲名称中使用医学术语，并在封面图片中使用生动血腥的医学图像。虽然歌词大多难以辨认，但Gorenoise的歌词往往集中在典型的血碾主题上，暴力、死亡和身体机能是其普遍关注的焦点。

这种风格在2000年代变得更加显著，一些乐队直接采用并创新了这种风格。2000年代中后期，Bobby Maggard（拥有数百个Gorenoise作品的音乐家）和Phyllomedusa的数百张专辑进一步帮助定义和发展了这一流派的声音。
