Goregrind

血碾（Goregrind）在三个方面偏离了典型的碾核（Grindcore）：持续使用音调极低的变调人声；更愿意使用中速节奏，而不是非常快的速度；以及对医学术语、病理状况和人体暴力几乎唯一的抒情迷恋。这些主题的选择主要是为了达到震撼的效果，而且经常以一种故意夸张的方式来表达。由于死亡金属（ Death Metal）对这一流派的影响，有些人将其视为死碾（Deathgrind）的前身。Carcass的早期作品被认为是这种风格的典型代表。
